Are these the final prices?
They're honest starting points, not bait. After a free consultation you get a fixed written quote — and that number is the number. No hourly surprises, no scope-creep invoices.
How does payment work for projects?
50% to begin, 50% on delivery for most projects. Larger builds split into milestones. Managed IT and care plans bill monthly in advance, and you can pay by card or bank transfer.
Is there a contract on monthly plans?
Managed IT is month-to-month with 30 days' notice — no lock-in. Digital marketing has a 3-month initial term (SEO needs at least that to show results), then rolls month-to-month.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Projects include two revision rounds at each milestone, and you approve designs before we build. If we genuinely can't get it right, we'd rather part ways fairly than hold your deposit hostage — that reputation is worth more than any single invoice.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are shown ex-GST (marked +GST). Your quote and invoice show the GST-inclusive total.
